Due to COVID-19, delivery times can be expected to delay. For International orders please expect delays of up to 1 month. Orders will be fulfilled once a week so processing times may be longer.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make changes to your order - as we start working on them as soon as they are placed but please contact us at contact@chez-awa.shop and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once we have finished preparing your order, you will receive a confirmation email  that your order has been shipped. The email will also include your tracking number if available. 

Customs and import taxes

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order as buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
